Situated on the western side of Edinburgh, adjacent to the Edinburgh Park business district and the Gyle shopping centre, Drummond House and the Younger Building were previously owned and occupied by the NatWest Group.

The area is currently experiencing significant change, with the additional of circa. 6,000 new homes in pipeline, and a strong desire to reconfigure and diversify the area.

This change is consistent with the ’20-minute’ neighbourhood concept brought forward as part of Edinburgh City Council’s ‘City Plan 2030’, embodying an ‘infrastructure first’ approach, capitalising on the excellent public transport network that serves the location.
