Overview
The proposals for Edinburgh Green are:
- Retain and refurbish the Younger Building;
- Full demolition of Drummond House and redevelopment to deliver new sustainable office accommodation;
- Delivery of Scotland’s largest EV charging hub; and
- Deliver a new approach to open space, public realm, amenities and a transportation and mobility hub to serve the site.
